Anti-RNP/Sm
Anti-RNP/Sm is an immunoassay for the in vitro determination of IgG autoantibodies against RNP/Sm in human serum or plasma samples.
The test is intended to aid in the diagnosis of connective tissue diseases (CTD), especially systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and mixed connective tissue disorders (MCTD), in conjunction with other laboratory and clinical findings.
